These terms apply to anyone reading or otherwise using casinowinall.com, an independent review site about the Winall brand. Using the site means accepting them. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the site.
What this site is and is not
casinowinall.com publishes guides and reviews, nothing more. No games run here, no bets are taken, no money is held and no player accounts exist, and the site has no say over what happens on the operator's platform — the outcome of a live-table round, a delayed withdrawal or a closed account included.
Our terms versus the operator's terms
This page covers the website only. Your relationship with the operator is governed by its own terms and conditions, the user agreement you accept when opening an account there. We are not a party to that agreement and can neither change nor enforce it on your behalf.
Age and local law
The site is for readers aged 18+, or older where local law sets a higher minimum age. It is up to you to make sure that reading about gambling, and gambling itself, is lawful where you are. Rules vary a great deal: some countries license online casinos, while others — Indonesia, the market of our main edition, among them — prohibit gambling entirely. Nothing on this site is an invitation to break the law.
Information, not advice

The operator's terms of service: sections to read first
Once you leave this site, the document that binds you is the operator's terms of service. Many player disputes start with a clause nobody opened before the first deposit — the list of countries the operator will not serve, the identity documents it expects, the maximum stake while a bonus is active, the grounds on which a payout may wait. Ten minutes with the terms and conditions is cheaper than a week of support tickets. Live-table players should look for two sections in particular: what happens to a bet if the connection drops mid-round, and what share of live-table stakes counts towards bonus wagering.
Long documents are tiring to read on a small screen, so use your browser's find-in-page feature to jump to words such as "withdrawal", "bonus", "country" or "disconnection". On the day you sign up, screenshot the user agreement together with its revision date; if the wording changes later, you have proof of the version you actually accepted.
